1.Product Description

EE1811-4V 5A high-frequency nickel steel transformer is a core power conversion component designed specifically for household LED lighting systems. It adopts high-frequency nickel steel alloy magnetic core, which has high magnetic permeability, low core loss and excellent temperature stability, and can effectively improve the efficiency of electrical energy conversion. This transformer supports 5A output current and 4V voltage, providing stable and efficient DC power for LED strips, modules, or driving power supplies, ensuring uniform lighting brightness and no flicker. Its compact structure is suitable for built-in installation and has good electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance, reducing interference with the home power grid. It combines safety, reliability, and long lifespan, making it an ideal choice for modern energy-saving home lighting.


1. Energy conversion and voltage adaptation
This is its most fundamental function. It converts the high-frequency and high-voltage electrical signal generated by the front-end circuit of the LED driving power supply into a low voltage (4V) and high current (5A) output suitable for LED bead operation through electromagnetic induction principle, which perfectly matches the electrical characteristics of the LED and is the energy source for driving the LED to emit light normally.


2. Electrical isolation and safety assurance
Transformers transfer energy through magnetic coupling rather than direct electrical connection, establishing a reliable electrical isolation barrier between the input (primary) and output (secondary) circuits. This function is crucial as it can effectively prevent dangerous voltage from the high voltage side of the mains (such as 220V AC) from entering the low voltage LED lamp body, ensuring the safety of users when touching the lamp and complying with household appliance safety regulations.


3. Energy transfer and power drive
